(“Aisi” or “the Company”)

Aisi, a property investment company focusing on development projects and related investments in Ukraine, announces that David Flitterman, a Non-executive Director, and Helen Maximov, an Executive board member, have tendered their resignations from the Company to pursue other interests.

Mr Flitterman, who is based in Spain, has resigned with immediate effect while Ms Maximov, based in Boston, USA, will be leaving the Company on 24 December 2009.

The Company is in discussions with potential candidates for the above posts and will make further announcements in due course.

Paul Ensor, Chairman of Aisi, said: “The Board would like to thank Mr Flitterman and Ms Maximov for their valuable contribution and guidance during the Company’s development over the last few years. We wish them well for the future.”
