Acquisition of outdoor advertising business

Aisi Realty Public Limited ("Aisi" or "the Company"), a property investment
company focusing on projects in Ukraine, is pleased to announce the acquisition
of an outdoor advertising business and its property assets in Kiev. This is the
Company’s seventh acquisition since inception and its first acquisition since
the successful admission of its shares to trading on AIM on 1 August 2007.

The business which has been acquired owns 110 freestanding poster-boards in
major footprint areas, five banner advertising hoardings on major traffic routes
and the rights to nearly 2,000 advertising locations on Kiev’s public transport.

The total consideration is $2.1m for the business and the associated property
assets. Over 65% of the business’s available advertising space is currently
under contract until December 2008, providing a reliable source of income. The
business will continue to be managed by the current Managing Director, Sergei
Kosenko, who has been involved in advertising for over 10 years. Aisi intends to
grow this business organically through the addition of suitable advertising
sites.

Commenting on the acquisition, Beso Sikharulidze, Director of Aisi, said: "The
acquisition of this business provides Aisi with an exciting opportunity in a
growing market with outdoor advertising currently growing at over 30% per annum
in Ukraine. This acquisition will complement our real estate investments and
provide a good income whilst maintaining our focus."
